Women's Vocational Program Graduates 150 Trainees

Empowering women through vocational skills and business development opportunities.

150 women graduated from AREA’s vocational and business development training, gaining skills in tailoring, embroidery, carpet weaving and metal work alongside business development and entrepreneurship training. AREA vocational and skills training centres in Kunar, Nangarhar, Kabul and Herat continue to train Afghan youth in carpentry, masonry, metal work, shoemaking, tailoring, plumbing, English and computer skills.
